Tenant Profiles
Subscription plans that define your tenant's limits and feature flags
A tenant profile is the subscription plan applied to your organization. It defines the resource limits and feature flags that govern what your tenant can do.
Tenant profiles are managed by your platform administrator. The limits below are read-only from inside the tenant - current usage is shown alongside each cap (e.g. "5 / 20 devices").
User Caps (role-aware)
Plans set a separate cap per role:
| Cap | Description |
|---|---|
| Max admin users | Maximum ADMIN accounts |
| Max engineer users | Maximum ENGINEER accounts |
| Max crew users | Maximum USER accounts |
A value of 0 means unlimited for that role.
Feature Flags
| Flag | Gates |
|---|---|
| Allow CSV export | The Timeseries Table's CSV export for the tenant |
| Allow API key access | The API Keys page and the external REST API |
Limits
| Limit | Description |
|---|---|
| Data retention days | The historical telemetry window - see Data Retention |
| Max devices | Total registered devices |
| Max dashboards | Total dashboards |
| Max alarms | Total alarm rules |
| Max OTA file size | Largest firmware binary you can upload |
| API request allowance | Per-key request budget for the external API |
If a feature or page isn't visible, or you've hit a cap, contact your administrator about upgrading your plan.
