Integrations
Choosing Which Events to Send
Control which event types each integration delivers
Each integration has an event mode:
| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Send everything | Every supported event is delivered |
| Specific events | Only the event types you pick |
| None | For report-only integrations (e.g. a Telegram bot that only delivers scheduled reports) |
Event Groups
When you pick Specific events, choose from these groups:
Alarms
- Alarm triggered - a device alarm rule fired
- Alarm resolved - a previously-firing alarm cleared
Devices
- Device online - a device reconnected
- Device offline - a device stopped sending heartbeats
- Device added - a new device was registered
- Device removed - a device was decommissioned
Applications
- Application created / deleted
Firmware & OTA
- OTA completed - a device finished a firmware update
- OTA failed - a firmware update failed or rolled back
Users & access
- User added / removed
Severity Filter
For alarm-type events, you can additionally restrict delivery to chosen severities: INFO, WARNING, CRITICAL.
These event types mirror the platform's notification types - the same catalog drives both in-app notifications and outbound integrations.
